Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2 business days and delivered withing 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer FREE DELIVERY for all our orders unless there is change in delivery address after the shipment has left our facility for delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not take any responsibility for any delay in the delivery of any product in case of wrong or inadequate address, if the buyer cannot be reached on the contact number provided at the time of placing the order. Any delay in the delivery due to any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances by the courier company has to be understood by the buyer.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation call/text/email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) when we use a logistics partner. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, if any.
